 Our brain has fears about what could happen if we let ourselves be self confident.

So in an attempt to protect us, our brain will create and feed us stories - often subconsciously - about the negative consequences that could come from being self confident.

It does this to keep us safe, but the result is that it limits us.

We end up stopping ourselves from embracing our full self confidence.

And ironically, by not letting ourselves be self confident, we end up creating many of the results our brain was trying to help us avoid.

But if we can help ourselves see what's going on, then we can let go of it.
