So excited to start this new journey, welcome to the first episode of Carry On With Carrie. This is a short intoduction explaining a little about me (Carrie;). This is a podcast about Mental Health and Wellness, I will be having real conversations with everyday relatable humans about their experiences with Mental Health and the steps they are taking to bring awareness through personal healing and supports that have worked for them.
You will also get a chance to meet my beautiful friend, Ting. She is a great support and kicked my butt to get this started.

I will be having a conversation with Ting. She is such an amazing lady, Ting is a Yoga Teacher trained in Trauma Informed Yoga. She is an Intuitive and Mindful artist and practitioner. I can't wait to hear a little bit more about her story and how her path has lead to her present state of wellness.
