my Instagram poll last week asked followers what topic I should cover in my next episode.
"self-awareness" was the winning vote.
if any of you have heard the trailer for HWY 555, the catchphrase I came up with for it is “healing, awareness, awakening & everything in between" - because I feel that those topics are ones that I am most passionate about & ones that I truly feel we need to talk about more.
self-awareness is the foundation of personal growth. it's an essential part of living & understanding not only yourself, but others'.
