This is a short practice designed to help you reconnect with your true creative identity, voice and essence.
The prompts shared at the end for a journaling session:
What is the texture of your art?
What is your art’s emotional colour palette?
What would the pattern of its soundwave look like?
What do you want someone to feel after encountering your art for the first time?
If someone wrote the most beautiful testimonial or letter about your art, what would it say?
If your art was a story/tarot card, what would be the archetype? (A fairy tale? A comic book? A tragedy? An action movie?)
Reflect on your creative timeline and get curious about: What part(s) of your style has changed? What part(s) has remained constant? What always feel true? What do you want to invite in next?
