As someone who loves planning ahead, I’ve learned how to make the best out of my planning efforts. Oddly enough, I’ve noticed that planning through goal setting isn’t 100% reliable. We often set out goals through the sum total of other people’s vision. So how do we know if the goals we set are really OUR goals and not someone else’s? I feel it’s always important to look our past year, gauge what has worked, what hasn’t and why and from that, create a vision on which goals will likely flow out organically. In this episode, I’ll walk through my own process in planning your next year.

- What created the most anxiety?
- What led to the best results, with the least amount of efforts?
- What felt most draining, using a large "amount" of efforts?
- Considering your answers so far, what needs to be shed or changed? Conversely, what needs more of your attention?
VISION
- What is your intention for the upcoming new year? (It can be a mantra, quote, sentence or picture)
- What is your definition of success or freedom?
- What is the overall vision (feeling) for your business?
- What is the overall vision (feeling) do you have for yourself as an entrepreneur?
- What are some boundaries you need to set and respect to be more balanced?
