On this episode, Eric and I met up on February 28th to record what would be EP 199. This was days before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Life has been pretty different to say the least but this experience is helping each of us evolve in our own unique way. The topic was chosen out of a q&a book. Activities are so important right now as most of us may experience lockdown/social distancing in the coming days.
