When it comes to motivation- we tend to think that motivating sales teams or milestones is best done through throwing a party to recognize top performers or having a giant celebration.
Celebrations are essentially worthless.
So depending on the news I get literally any moment now, it may be cause for one heck of a celebration tonight.
But should it?
And here’s the contrarian viewpoint for the day:
You should not celebrate anything unless the celebration is caused by a dramatic change in a system, process, or viewpoint.
