Meditate and reflect for 5 minutes to get clearer on your long term goals as well as what you need to do today. This is a short meditation so if you need more time between prompts, you can hit pause and come back. 
This meditation and reflection on setting goals is based on my conversation with Fiona Murden on Episode 96 Highest Potential Goal Setting Part I We talked about the importance of setting and achieving goals, how to figure out what our unique goals are, and how to motivate ourselves to actually change to move towards our goals.
