Sandy and Alex want to share a special summer salad recipe: Greek Watermelon Salad

1 Small Seedless Watermelon

1 lb Feta Cheese

1 cup Spinach (roughly chopped)

2 tbp Balsamic Vinegar

5 tbp Olive Oil

Sea Salt (to taste)

Mint Leaves (to taste)

2 tsp Sesame Seeds (optional)

Cut watermelon into small pieces and add to a large bowl. Mix in all ingredients and serve chilled.
