We each carry a blueprint of collective trauma - experiences that have impacted a large number of people. Whether it's war, genocide, or just living in a 24/7 news world, our systems are being bombarded day in and day out with energy that carries a negative pattern. Left unrecognized, it builds up over time leaving an energetic dusting that can impact our systems and our psyche.
On Feb 19th, we will have a key astrological change that will invite us to examine our own with the N. Node and Chiron coming together in Aries. We must start within to heal so we can impact the collective. It takes each of us to do the work.
