My first guest of 2021 has a doctorate in Psychology from the University of Texas, has been in practice since 2017 and specializes in a number of fields, most notably, Anti Oppressive / Justice Oriented Therapy. Please enjoy my conversation with the inspiring, Dr. Han Ren. We discuss, dismantling our ideas around mental health, specifically in communities of colour, understanding what Anti-Racist practices are, exploring internalized white supremacy, and addressing multi-generational trauma and more.
