Meet Terri Bauerlin!
Terri is actively involved in the community as a member of the Chapin Chamber of Commerce since 2013 and has served on the Board of Directors, also a member of the Superintendent Business Advisory committee for Lexington Richland 5 school district. She lives in the Timberlake Golf Course Community located on Lake Murray. Terri has previously served as PTO secretary, ROTC secretary, and children's church ministry.
Terri works with folks in Columbia, Chapin, Lexington, Irmo, Cayce, West Columbia, Blythewood, Prosperity, and the surrounding area, including the beautiful Lake Murray. She was licensed in 2013 as a Realtor. She provides a high level of customer service with many satisfied clients who are now clients for life.
