After earning his Engineering degree from the University of Miami, Cale launched his real estate career in 2006 as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker in Miami, FL, where he quickly made his mark by earning the Pace Setter award in his first year and selling over $7 million in multi-family and retail real estate. However, the 2008 crash led him to temporarily step away from real estate until 2020, when he decided to dive back in with a renewed focus on building generational wealth for his family.
Since re-entering the market, Cale's investment portfolio skyrocketed from $300,000 in January 2020 to over $6 million in less than two years. His rapid success has garnered attention, leading to features on several well-known podcasts, including Bigger Pockets Real Estate Rookie. Cale has successfully self-managed all his properties remotely, and by December 2022, he left his W2 job to fully commit to his real estate ventures. His business, Mountain to Sea Cabins & Cottages, generated over $1.2 million in bookings and hosted over 3,400 guests in its first 18 months. He impressively increased the revenue of his first short-term rental cabin from a projected $85,000 to $150,000 and transformed a long-term rental generating $17,000 into a short-term rental generating $70,000.
Cale's current focus is on expanding his short-term rental business while diversifying into larger multifamily properties and self-storage units to create additional passive income streams. He also has several projects in the pipeline, including a non-profit organization, a mastermind program, co-hosting opportunities, and a podcast.
