Magic potions and cool machines. Get enough of them and you’ll be sure to get into shape. After all, if it didn’t work, why would they put it on TV?
I’m here to tell you that there is no gimmick or quick fix to fitness. The only thing that works is hard work. I’m not saying that you should have as many tools at your disposal as you can. For example, I prefer going to a gym that has a wide variety of different barbells. Straight bar, comp bar, cambered bar, SSB, football bar, trap bar, deadlift bar. They don’t lift the weight for you but they all have a purpose. But at the same time, people have gotten in tremendous shape with only one kind of bar. The common denominator is hard work.
