Hey guys, a while ago I posted a question on my IG story. I asked my friends to ask their health questions that they have. We all have these questions and we either don’t have time to research the answer or  are embarrassed to ask these questions. Neither applies to me.

So here they are:

  1. Should I take vitamins? Vitamins won’t hurt but you can’t use them to fix a bad diet. You’d be better off getting blood work and finding out what you are deficient in. Most of the time the vitamins get peed out into the toilet anyway. Eat a colorful diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat grass fed beef and free range poultry. Eat eggs and different nuts.

  2. Does thin really mean healthy? Well, it doesn’t hurt. Carrying lots of weight around the midsection brings on a whole host of health problems. You definitely don’t want to take those health problems into your older years.

  3. How many hours of sleep do I need? This a question that I ask myself every so often. I like to get around 6. I would sleep less if I could get away with it. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to get to the gym or work on my businesses. If you want to use that time to watch tv or be out at the bar, I’d tell you that you’d be better off getting 8-10 hours a night.

  4. Do I really need a hobby? You need an outlet for all the stress you build up throughout the week. Drinking the stress away isn’t healthy. You might actually need 2 hobbys. One to make you happy and the other that can make you money. You also need a hobby that will keep your mind sharp in old age. You don’t want to retire and just sit around and watch TV. This sounds like fun in the beginning, but after a few months, you’d be bored out of your mind.

  5. Is water really this important? Water is probably the most important thing you can put in your body. From digestion to athletic performance, water is used by every part of your body. If you’re tired or hungry, you're probably thirsty.
