But, according to researchers and counselors (People much smarter than us) there are healthier and more effective ways to process your grief than others. We dive deep into this often dark subject with the goal of coming out the other side into a brighter view, by sharing some tools you can use to not just survive, but THRIVE! Also, things you can do to support someone in your life who is grieving. It can be an awkward position to be in and it’s confusing to know what to do or say. We have some ideas.
