This episode was inspired by a book titled, “STFU Method: Silence Your Way to the Life of Your Dreams” by Jorge Perez The theory is basically that if you hold your tongue, your life is going to be a lot easier. More peaceful, less drama. Scientific Studies show that trauma can raise your cortisol levels which in turn can cause sickness. Words once spoken can’t be taken back. You can’t unring a bell. Of course, there are situations where you need to speak out. The questions is how do you know when to speak up and when to shut your face?
