Amy Satkiewicz is the Senior Sales Director at Honey Stinger. If you are an athlete, outdoor adventurist, or someone that just loves energy snacks when working out, then you probably already know Honey Stinger.
Amy has a diverse work background, starting in 1993 as an Assistant Buyer at Spiegel Inc. and then worked at Nike from 1995 to 2006, holding various roles in sales and moving multiple times all around the country. In 2009, Amy joined Honey Stinger as the National Sales Manager, where she opened key accounts and established inventory models, strategic plans, and replenishment programs for various accounts.
Amy is a voracious learner who has worked hard to be a courageous, career-driven individual while always prioritizing her two daughters and her team partnership in marriage in her life. As her children were getting older, Amy and her husband Mark, decided to move back to Steamboat Springs and in 2017, Amy returned to Honey Stinger so that her husband could spend more time at home with their daughters.
And shortly after this new family and career lifestyle change, the whole world stopped for Amy. Amy's husband had a heart attack while riding his bicycle and never made it back home. Mark was 51 and her girls were teenagers.
Amy talks about the resilience, the power of taking TIME to heal, and how learning new perspectives from others in leadership brought her back into a desire to reach her dreams.
