Joanne Zannoni has been an executive director in the non-profit world for over 20 years. The real influence that Joanne has had in bringing light to the advocacy needs of marginalized populations of women in our country, and recognizing that she has spent her entire career focused on how to get teams of people helping to make changes in these spaces is nothing short of amazing.
Joanne is a "quiet leader " and has a really wonderful, calming presence about her. She’s a quiet speaker, she listens, and she cares. I think a lot of times in leadership, we underestimate the power and the value of that approach to leadership and to impacting other peoples lives.
