Jennifer Vollmann is a triathlon and mindset coach, age group triathlete, and mom. She is the owner and head coach of Finding Endurance, where she coaches beginner athletes up to World Championship qualifiers. She is also the co-owner and operator of the Pura Vida Cycling Challenge, a cycling climbing camp in Costa Rica that pushes riders to their limits.
Jennifer didn’t grow up as an athlete. It wasn't until after the birth of her daughter and her decision to step down in her role as Executive Director of New Global Citizens that she discovered triathlon as a way to find herself again amidst being a stay-at-home mom.
Over the last seven years, she trained and competed in all distances of triathlon. She has qualified for and raced at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, won the Starvation Xtreme Triathlon, and recently earned a black shirt at the Xtreme Triathlon World Championships at Norseman.
