- Yesterday, Acting U.S. Secretary of Labor Julie Su came to the Navajo Nation to increase collaborative efforts
- I signed an MOU with the University of Arizona to strengthen our public health initiatives
- I approved and signed a new business site lease agreement for Giant Four Corners, LLC C/O 7/11 Inc., in Newcomb, N.M.
- Students at Navajo Prep can now move into their brand new dormitory
6. Major Projects We Are Working On
- Navajo Nation Telecommunications & Regulatory Commission Office and the Navajo Nation Broadband Office collaborate with NNDIT to establish first-ever GIS database hosted by the tribe
- Navajo DOT works to be more collaborative with N.M. and AZ on roads needs
- Navajo DED is working to find permanent placing for the Shiprock Flea Market
- The newly renamed Division for Family and Children Services is working to be culturally and religiously inclusive of all Navajo families through a weekend of prayer
