4. Accomplishments
- Formal grand reopening and ribbon cutting for Speedway Store in Lukachukai on July 11
- Store services 800-900 customers daily and supports eight local jobs along scenic Navajo Route 12
- Partnership with Blue Mountain Meat Company offers high-quality local meats and fresh produce
- "One Big, Beautiful Bill Act" includes exemptions for Navajo people from new SNAP and Medicaid requirements
- Navajo members will not face work requirements for SNAP benefits or community engagement activities for Medicaid
5. Major Projects
- Administration responds to ZenniHome layoffs affecting over 200 skilled Navajo workers
- Staff dispatched to LeChee to offer assistance including counseling, job placement, and resources
- Evaluation process begun for facility to identify new tenant or transitional use to restore jobs

- President welcomes 2025-2026 Miss Navajo Nation contestants on July 11
- Four contestants for 73rd Annual Miss Navajo Nation Pageant:
