- I signed a contract to supplement the AmeriCorps Senior Mentorship Program with $69,000.
- The Navajo Nation Oil and Gas Co. selected for contract to plug, remediate, or reclaim 54 orphaned wells.
- The Division of Community Development completed two homes under the housing improvement program.
- The Office of the Controller conducted a groundbreaking training with our OOC staff, division directors, staff with our auditors KPMG.
- The Navajo Nation Washington Office hosted a meeting with the GAO's Tribal and Indigenous Advisory Council.
- The Division of Economic Development relaunches the Navajo Artisan and Business Relief Program. (More information: nasbr24.com)
- The U.S. EPA announced the Lukachukai Mountain Mining District has been added to the National Priorities List of Superfund sites.
- A veterans in Shiprock received the keys to his brand-new home in a key-turning ceremony.

- The Navajo Nation e911 Rural Addressing project is moving along smoothly.
- Navajo Nation phone systems are moving toward voice-over-internet (VOIP) handsets.
- Navajo-Hopi Land Commission Office is working on submitting legislation to support their operations.

- The Vice President and I attended the Eastern Navajo Agency Council in Iyanbito, N.M.
- I met with ASU President Michael Crow.
- I shared educational goals with ASU students.
