- Missing Navajo People Reports from the Navajo Police Department this week: 33-year-old Janelle Rose Bennet; 31-year-old Leslie Alan Mitchell.
- Found Navajo People: Sharnae Ashley was reported missing April 28 and has been located and is safe.
- The Shiprock Department of Family Services will host community resource fairs: May 15 at Sheep Springs Chapter House, May 22 Cove Chapter House (9am-3pm).

6. A Few of the Week's Accomplishments
- This past Friday we broke ground on the Eastern Diné Bikéyah Complex that will house programs and services in Crownpoint.
- I signed a $4.8 million resolution to rebuild the demolished chapter house at Cameron.
- I approved a $8,500 funding legislation to extend a gas line to a Ganado home.
- Light Up Navajo connects 7 Chinle homes to electricity in ongoing effort.
- Three new mobile broadband towers launched in Little Water, Casamero Lake, and White Rock.
7. Major Projects I am Working On
- New Mexico State funding support for 54 projects in NM chapters.
- Navajo DOT and Navajo County continue developing their partnership.
- The construction of the Tselani-Cottonwood Senior Center building is nearly complete.
- In the Navajo Nation's water rights efforts, I am expecting Council to introduce legislation within a few days to approve the settlements in Arizona and in the Rio San Jose Basin in New Mexico.

- 2024 Dash for Cash Horse Race from Yellow Rock Point, Red Mesa to Teec Nos Post on Saturday.
- I welcomed hundreds of runners as they came together for the Shiprock Marathon on Saturday.
9. Upcoming Events in the Coming Week
- I will attend Navajo Elder Fest in White Cone, AZ, on Friday.
- Later this week we will celebrate an M.O.U. with Johns Hopkins University.
