In this 108th episode I take inspiration from a lecture from my favorite Eastern Philosopher, Alan Watts.
I was struck with inspiration the day of this recording and wrote a short piece just before recording the episode. This writing was unedited and channeled a feeling that I gained after listing to Alan Watts speak.
It is so important to our physical and mental-emotional health to dig into topics like this. Guilt is something that we all struggle with at some points in our lives. And for a great many people, something that is lurking in the background on a more permanent basis.
My hope here is that you can do the work to turn the more damaging aspects of guilt into something more positive. Using guilt as a teacher has a much better ring to it! Don't you think?
