The end product of any experience is an emotion
Emotions run the show in a sense because our emotional state affects our thoughts and our thoughts affect our emotions
However, it's our emotions that keep us tied to the past - through something called an emotional latency period. Basically if you do not know how to self regulate, the emotion will go unprocessed and create havoc in your life. We just adjust to that havoc over time
But you know from time to time those difficult emotions pop up and remind you of their presence
In today’s episode I share with you what I learned and why this is important to address right now!
