In yesterday's episode I shared a snapshot of the process I will be teaching as a breathwork facilitator that I am in training for. Today I will talk about an experience I had with this process that will explain more about it. 

When we get triggered, often our response is to project onto others so we can place blame on why we are feeling a certain way. It can be a defense mechanism to avoid understanding why we were triggered and how to move through it. 

However, triggers give us the opportunity to look within to acknowledge the trigger and realize why it triggered us which will allow us to become self-empowered in order to transform the trigger and our response to it. 

Internal work takes effort and energy at first but it gets easier and easier and will ultimately give you energy. If you would like to know more about how to invest energy to inturn receive it back or how to move through any triggers, book a call with me
