Have you ever booked a last-minute trip somewhere with no idea of what is going to happen?

The Universe provided me an opportunity to take a trust fall of sorts - nothing was happening the way I wanted and I got sick and tired of resisting and decided to follow where I was being led to 

Turns out that was to a Canyon (no I’m not kidding)

Topanga Canyon actually, which feels like in the middle of nowhere. 

Nowhere is actually a great place to be because there are no restrictions or limitations to your thinking - and I was able to process and piece together many things which I could not see before

I also got inspired to go celebrate an amazing March at Nobu Malibu (which is the 2nd most photographed place in all of America!) 

The Universe was encouraging me to slow down so that I could integrate the experiences that I had into my life - we can move so fast from experience to experience and totally miss the embodiment and integration process. 

It’s a big lesson remembered for me and I wanted to share that with you today!
