I used to overthink things a lot….and now I do a little haha

In all seriousness, I realized overthinking is actually holding me back in many areas of my life.

Overthinking is actually associated with ‘negative’ or lower emotions because its virtually impossible to overthink in an elevated emotion since the vibration or frequency is so fast 

If you overthink or overanalyze and do not become aware of it, you can spiral downward so quickly. This happened to me at the meditation retreat! 

I am so happy I was able to become aware of what was happening and made very different decisions to take myself back to neutral and eventually an upwards spiral.
