I asked people recently ‘what’s your biggest challenge’? I got a lot of different answers but I realized that challenges can cause us stress - either if we address them head on or if we ignore them and pretend they aren’t there
So I wanted to do this episode to explain to you what happens in your body with stress. Short term its no problem - the issue is over time and long term. I want you to have a model of understanding so you can understand why I am giving you the exercise to combat stress
