On today’s episode I felt called to make clear that just because I have gained skills and am more confident in manifesting what I desire, it doesn’t mean that it doesn't come with challenges!

Leveling up and true growth is a constant process and at these new levels, there are just different challenges and challenges nonetheless! 

I ran into a challenge and felt stuck for a while and then recognized how my child mind or emotional mind was actually a part of creating the narrative that I was experiencing! Which was amazing and sucked all at the same time

As a part of my breathwork facilitator training, we get to dive deeper into this and I wanted to share with you how the ‘child mind’ or emotional brain can show up and how you can recognize it. When you are able to recognize it, you can then gain a higher vantage point and move past the stuck feeling.

This is also a skill that will come with more practice. I want you to take the first step in self-awareness to save yourself a lot of time and energy!
