About two years ago, I read an essay called 'Yourself" by Thomas Troward. Now this is from the early 1900's so some of the language can be a little hard to keep up with; however, there are certain lines that when I heard them, I couldn't unhear them (if you know what I mean). They just stuck with me.
The first line says: 'the livingness there is in being yourself'. I didn't know what that meant truly until this year. That livingness is something difficult to describe but once you feel it, you know it and no one can take that away from you.
I want to share this essay with you today in the hopes that you will recognize how special you are, even if you allow yourself to feel it for a short time. If you can't follow the words, just allow yourself to listen to the frequency and listen to it again as many times as you need! You can find the written words here:
