Continuing the conversation from yesterday’s episode of knowing where you are. We are all on this path called life and some of us can have blindfolds on and just can’t see the path ahead.
Ram Dass would say, “Be where your feet are”. It sounds so simple, right? Of course we are where our feet are but what he meant was being aware of where you are. You can physically be in a space but your mind can be somewhere else completely.
I share how obstacles in life can affect our awareness of where we are and can stop us in our tracks. We should always be growing and making forward progress and if that isn’t happening due to certain obstacles, be it outward or inward, then something is wrong.
This is when you need to look inside and become aware of what needs to shift, what needs to improve which will give you insight and the path will become more clear.
