I'm interviewing Jason, the owner. Jason lives on his family's land- his grandfather and great-grandfather were farmers, but his father pursued different work. Jason works full time and began raising livestock in 2011 with four cows. He now tends to cows, pigs, and chickens, hosts workshops, and provides amazingly high quality meats to fuel you!
