She shares her current workout split versus her old one where she was over exercising and actually moving backwards in her fitness journey. Over committing to things delays success and ultimately leads to frustration and burnout. Everything is a trade off and quality should always be put before quantity. Hustle culture and social media has us all believing we aren’t doing enough, but in reality, we are all probably doing too much.
