SHOW NOTES
Khristi’s story is a picture of how one person can use all of what God has given to reach people on a personal level. From being born in a homogenous area of Brooklyn to being thrust into the unfamiliar suburbs and experiencing for the first time what it looks like to be treated as an outsider, Khristi's life was anything but stagnant. She took root in her church, grew to become a youth advocate and eventually wrote a book that captured the experiences of the young girls she mentored and counseled. This collection of stories will give you a picture of altered paths, all because someone took the time to ask the “why.”
As Khristi said, “We all have a part to play.”
