We finish up our coverage of this revival of a Saturday Night Institution, with Iwan back in the chair. He's joined of course by Dave, and alongside Liam Stephens and Ashleigh Clements, we watched the 2024 Gladiators Grand Final!
With Marie-Louise vs Bronte competing in the women's final, and Finley vs Wesley in the men's final, we have a lot of thoughts on a Grand Final that lived up to its billing of being entertaining for the audience, and gruelling for the Contenders!
We discuss the lack of difficulty once more on Gauntlet, and contrast it with the formidable event Duel has become with no less than three Gladiators excelling at the iconic Pugil Stick wielding event. Plus, we see a Glads clean sweep on The Wall, a mixed bag on The Edge, and the return of Collision, which reminds both Ash and Dave of an OG event involving a bridge...
Plus we talk about two nail-biting Eliminators to crown the Champions, and our thoughts on how they both went down!
