For the first time in MXL history, Dave flies solo on a Live Journal (to be fair, Limp Bizkit is a draw!) as he reviews the go-home EVE show at the Yard Theatre before their double header on All In Saturday in collaboration with ChocoPro.

In recent times, EVE has just had the dirt worst luck. The hashtag #PlansChange is now a trope on their Discord server, and some may even call them cursed, and this show was no exception - with three prominent wrestlers originally scheduled unable to compete by showtime, including one who got injured on another show earlier in the day!

However, in more positive news, the resultant reshuffling of the card for this show proved to be possibly a blessing in disguise.

• We saw Amara Jayde, a star on the rise in EVE, square off with one-half of the EVE Tag Team Champions, Chantal Jordan to kick off proceedings
• A genuinely excellent clash of Aces of EVE, with 2022 SHE-1 winner and former EVE Champion Alex Windsor taking on 2019 SHE-1 winner and former EVE Tag Team Champion, Millie McKenzie.
• The UK debut of "The Japanese Gal Queen" Marika Kobashi, as she took on the other half of the Tag Team Champions, Nina Samuels,
• The Queen of the Yard Theatre, Skye Smitson, would face another rising star in EVE in Rita Slayworth,
• And there were a couple of twists and turns on the show worth reporting too!

Dave's legit not done a solo Live Journal before, and last spoke on his own for a podcast back in his Dave @ the Wrestling days, and he got through it relatively unscathed. So give it a listen folks!
