Iwan's away on assignment and the Main Stage returns to utter chaos.
May's Main Stage is finally here, and Dave is joined by Ashleigh Clements for a couple of hours of breeze shooting.
The lads focus on their May in live shows (of which there were a lot), and Ashleigh talks about his trips to APEX and Carnival, while Dave recaps the litany of differing shows he went to in May.
Then the focus shifts to Super Strong Style 16 weekend, inclding UKPW, wXw and EWE for Dave, while Ashleigh goes deep dive into the three nights of Super Strong Style, featuring a ton of returns, including three former PROGRESS Men's World Champions, in the SSS16 field alone. Plus, the redemption story of Kid Lykos, the CLOCK STRIKES MIDNIGHT match, why the women's division in PROGRESS seems to be more cohesively booked than the men's, and the return to the Electric Ballroom of our old friend, SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT BOLLOCKS.
Next, a couple of shows seen online are discussed, and Ashleigh requested to talk about WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico and NXT Battleground, while Dave mentions that he's been so busy recently, only STARDOM's New Blood 8 and a bit of VINTAGE JOSHI were the only things he was able to note down. To be fair, the vintage match is one of Dave's favourite matches of all time, so well worth a watch...
Trust us, we'll get our shit together for June's Main Stage, coming in about two weeks...
