In this weeks episode, Bain starts by telling another story about how he CANNOT be called anything but "Robert" and/or "Bain" and gives his talks about his MC debut at the Rise of the Deadlift. Stone starts off with the BIG news that 2XL Powerlifting is moving 1/1/20 to a new, bigger location. From there, Bain and Stone give their review of the documentary "Westside vs. The World," which is now available on Netflix. Stone gives his "Good," "Bad" and "Ugly" from the film including some rare F-bombs. They also talk about the overall impact of Westside Barbell, and touch on the impact of social media on the spread of Westside principals, a topic which they will cover more in depth in a future episode.
