Description

If you need to shorten your workouts but don't want to sacrifice your gains, this episode is for you! 

Here are the tips we discussed:

Before your workout 

Review workout ahead of time 

Follow a legit program

Decide what your priority is and do those things first when you're fresh

During your workout:

Superset when you can

Avoid scrolling between sets 

Set a timer for rest periods

Unload equipment for (deadlifts) during your (rows) 

Set your next set (rows) during your (deadlifts) 

Know what is next (don't unload your deadlifts if you have weighted glute bridges coming up in a few exercises) 

Less volume but at a higher intensity.  (1 set at Hard set weight and 2 sets at a lower weight with less recovery) 

Accumulate a number of reps in less sets 

Go heavier so you have to do fewer reps 

Superset AB work between exercises 

After / between workouts

Keep a clean gym space - don't leave clean up for the next day

Organize equipment - make sure you don’t have to search for stuff, go between rooms etc
