LADIES - I know we've all experienced terrible pms at one point or another (heck, that might be you right now!). You know... the terrible mood swings, extreme fatigue, bloating, high cravings, cramping.

As a society, we have normalized these symptoms. So much so that women are seen as "crazy" during this time of month.
