Dr. Tro’s therapeutic focus includes diabetes, obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome and PCOS. His approach is informed not only by the medical literature, and his own experience losing 150 pounds on a ketogenic diet. His intensive lifestyle changes for patients include diet, exercise, improved sleep hygiene, as well as stress management and mental health.
