What do you get when you put a bunch of coaches on a call?  An awesome dose of positivity.  What was an idea for over 2 years has come into fruition.  Fellow coaches Josef, Blake, Candice, and Patrick met up to share their thoughts on a topic with the purpose to inspire others.

On March 29th, 2020, they focused the first conversation on ensuring that resilience tanks are kept full while the world is maintaining self-isolation.  It’s been over 2 weeks since the COVID-19 was declared a pandemic.  Some may have gone into autopilot, while others are frantically trying to figure out what to do next to stay financial afloat or to maintain their sanity.  Self-isolation requires a little self-check in.  

In Part 1 of a 3-part series, we put an emphasis on checking in on your habits, not just daily physical habits, but mindset as well.
