In the final part of our 3-part series, Self-Isolation Requires a Self-Check-In, Josef and the "Consortium of Coaches" discuss how they've responded to the life changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges they've had to face.  They all had to dig deep into their resilience tanks and prepare for the giant virus crisis wave that started to swell.

On March 29th, 2020, Josef sat down with fellow coaches Blake Miles, Candice Axford, and Patrick Savoury, and focused their first conversation on ensuring that resilience tanks are kept full while the world is maintaining self-isolation.  It’s been over 2 weeks since the COVID-19 was declared a pandemic.  Some may have gone into autopilot, while others are frantically trying to figure out what to do next to stay financial afloat or to maintain their sanity.  Self-isolation requires a little self-check in.
