Meal planning is typically associated with stacks of perfectly organized glass containers, filled with perfectly portioned meals for each day of the week, and each meal consists of a lean protein and leafy vegetables. Not only does this typical way of approaching meal planning seem restrictive, but is also exclusionary and complicated.
