Description

I was once someone who waited until the very last minute to do most things. Waited until the pressure that I claimed I didn’t want, built up so that I could feel like I just slayed a dragon. Another stimulus. Another nervous system triggers a response to handling the things that need to get done. 

While this way of being productive and getting things done feels exciting at the moment, it isn’t sustainable. And it keeps us operating within our success traps.
