Spitalnik has been inspired to produce a line of plush that paves the way for little girls to learn about real-life female heroes. Albritton and Spitalnik discuss the initial idea that brought her into the toy industry and how she used her resources to build a grassroots toy company and lift up the women around her. She tells us about her experience with the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative and how it boosted her efforts in creating Little Rebels — a line that contains plush versions of Malala Yousafzai, Amelia Earhart and Marie Curie.
