Bounce Back Generation is a youth-centered nonprofit that creates and shares tools that build emotional resilience. We all have a role to play in constructing good mental health environments where we can learn about ourselves, help one another, and heal the planet. We seek to uplift the perspectives of the historically oppressed and anyone fighting for equality and justice. With respect for science and the wisdom of our elders, the Bounce Back Generation podcast explores resilience, overcoming trauma, and the science behind personal growth.
