This week, we are delving into one of Sav's childhood favorites, The Great Mouse Detective! This movie takes Sherlock Holmes classic iconography and adapts it to a talking mouse world. Both Basil and Dawson have personalities that mirror Sherlock and Watson, and then the game is afoot.
Throughout this episode, while gushing about the premise, we discuss the villain songs, the success rate for this evil plan, how the different animals are able to or not able to speak clearly to each other, and the Sherlock Holmes nods.
